Dubai Kartdrome Circuit

I took a session on 25/11/2023 at 8:20 PM. but they charged me 25 AED for parking without reminding me about the session tiket situation that I had to ask to confirm. Although I explained to them it was super dark to read and the signs had poor light. Every institute in the world, there's always someone to remind the customer to validate their tikets, either its the receptionist nor the security man but in this case they kept they mouth shut. literally it's like they were hoping for the customer to forget about the tiket validation so they can charge extra. I can't believe something like this happns in Dubai. (Bad Management) Later on, I have read the google maps comments and something similar happens to different customers where the receptionist told them to chose the color of balaclava then charge them the extra cost in the bill without explaining that it is not included!!! Yesterday I have send an email to them explaining the whole situation but got no reply at all. What I can't understand is why wouldn't they just refund the amount after all of this? I went to different countries where there would be a misunderstanding and they refund the money at ease, unlike here where I have to send messages and emails (with proof) but go no refunds. P.S. there's 11 AED hidden fee that will be added up to each session per customer.😕

It was simply amazing. The process: arrive > register > pay > suit up (they provide suit, gloves, helmet) > short briefing session > race! The process took 15-20mins max, you can shorten it if you book online on their website. The race: The track is exciting, the cars are good. Overall 10/10 15mins passed like it was nothing. Would do it again for sure!
